Led by Dr. Gayle Block, our team of experienced veterinary professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to every pet that walks through our doors. With years of expertise in preventive medicine, diagnostics, and advanced treatments, our team takes a personalized approach to every patient, ensuring tailored care that meets their unique needs. Our Team
Dr. Gayle Block
With 36 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Gayle Bock is a trusted and compassionate presence in the exam room. A graduate of Tufts University, she treats every patient with the same care she would give her own pets, bringing a conscientious and empathetic touch to every case. Outside of work, Dr. Bock enjoys hiking, cheering on her favorite basketball teams, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Janine Wells
A proud Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine alum, Dr. Wells has been practicing for 9 years. She specializes in preventative care and elective surgeries and always aims to provide comprehensive, personalized service. When not at the clinic, she loves hiking with her husband and dog, experimenting with new baking recipes, and practicing self-defense.
Deborah
With 12 years of leadership experience and a degree from Berkeley Business School, Deborah is the heart of the clinic’s daily operations. She thrives in a fast-paced environment, working alongside Dr. Bock to foster a positive team culture and ensure top-tier client care. To her, clients and their pets are like family. Off the clock, Deborah runs a home-based baking and catering business and enjoys swimming, traveling, and cozy days at home with her son Charles, three dogs, and two cats.
Robin
With 22 years of experience, Robin leads the technician team with expertise and passion. She is particularly skilled in radiology and surgery and is known for her lifelong commitment to caring for pets through every stage of life. Her four dogs — Manny, Poppy, Louie, and Marty — join her for swims, hikes, and beach days, often alongside her close friends.
Rochelle
A graduate of Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, Rochelle has been in the field for 5 years. Her strong client communication, deep compassion, and commitment to high-quality care make her a valued team member. Outside the clinic, she spends time with her dog, Denver, and cat, London, and enjoys crafting, reading, and making jewelry.
Jackie
Jackie is a skilled vet tech known for her expertise in orthopedic surgery, anesthesia monitoring, and compassionate patient care. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, she treats every animal like her own. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her fishing, hiking with her dogs, creating arts and crafts, or enjoying family time near the water.
Kate
For over 5 years, Kate has been a compassionate presence in the veterinary field and serves as both a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist at Town & Country Veterinary Associates. She holds a Master’s degree from Unity Environmental University and is deeply committed to ensuring every pet receives the best care and love possible. Kate values client education and prioritizes patient comfort and experience from the moment they arrive until they head home. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her cat, Gorby, and unwinding through reading, drawing, painting, and crocheting.
Shaelyn
For the past 3 years, Shaelyn has been making a difference for pets and their families. With education from MCC and Penn Foster, she brings dedication and calm support during stressful times for animals. Her favorite pastimes include reading, cooking, crafting, and relaxing with a good movie.
Melanie
Melanie brings fresh enthusiasm and a keen interest in clinical diagnostics with a year of experience in the field. A graduate of Middlesex Community College, she enjoys examining cytologies under the microscope, assisting with anesthesia, and participating in surgery. In her spare time, she hikes, reads, and spends time with her cat, Mochi.
Katie
Katie has been in the veterinary world for 6 years. She is known for her empathetic nature and ability to support clients through tough times. She finds fulfillment in seeing pets recover and thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, gardening, and hiking with her dogs, Athena and Poppy.
Tamika
With 7 years of experience and education from the University of New England and Great Bay Community College, Tamika is devoted to making life better for animals and their owners. She brings warmth and care to every client interaction. In her downtime, Tamika enjoys baking, traveling, watching football, and spending time with her fiancé and their cat.
Karrie
Karrie brings warmth and understanding to her role as a CSR, having worked in veterinary care since 1997. A graduate of EHHS and Goodwin College, she’s known for her compassion, attentive listening, and deep love for animals. Karrie finds joy in meaningful conversations with pet parents and advocating for their furry family members. In her free time, she loves cooking, reading by the water, going on late-night drives, and listening to music.

I had a great experience at this vet clinic. All the staff were very kind and made my dog comfortable (he was a little shy with strangers). The vet also took the time to listen to my questions and really check out my dog. I didn’t feel like I paid a fee just for them to give him a glance. I would absolutely recommend this vet and go back here. Pricing was reasonable as well.
